missingWrote a review on Jan 01fire pitwater slide
The outdoor fire pit area was a great place for us to relax after a long day. My son loved the water slide so much, he didn’t want to leave the pool area even when we had to!
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable.

The complimentary care packages for kids were a nice touch, and the accessibility to nearby attractions is a huge plus!
Felt very welcomed, no complaint.

Clean rooms and fun water slide, but parking was expensive.

missingWrote a review on Nov 17spacious roomfun water slideclose proximitycold poolhard beds
The stay was decent overall. The kids loved the pool with the slide, which added a lot of fun to our time there. However, the pool was really cold, and I was also disappointed that the slide was only open during limited hours. The room was spacious, but the beds were too hard for comfort, making it difficult to sleep. We appreciated the close proximity to local attractions, which made our family outings easier.

missingWrote a review on Nov 10warm atmospherecozy spacesatisfactory breakfastpoor cleanlinessmissed housekeeping
The fire pit at the entrance creates a warm atmosphere, and the lobby offers a cozy space to unwind after a long day. The hot breakfast was satisfactory, with enough options to start the day right.
I experienced issues with the cleanliness in my room, including a dirty sock found next to the bed that housekeeping missed. The lobby was up to standard, but that did not offset my room experience.

The pool area was fun for kids, but the bathroom was not clean.

missingWrote a review on Sept 20clean roomsresponsive staffover-chlorinated pool
Lovely location with clean rooms and options for floors! The pool was nice, albeit a bit over-chlorinated. Staff was super responsive about the water slide too, which was a hit with the kids.
Just a heads up, you might want to bring goggles if the pool's as over-chlorinated as an eye dropper!

I loved the warm ambiance of the lobby, beautifully decorated for the holidays, which created a cozy atmosphere that was welcoming for everyone, especially seniors. The spacious dining area made it easy to navigate with my mobility issues.
More accessible seating in the dining area would help.

missingWrote a review on Sept 03lack of activities
My children wanted more activities in the pool area for kids like colorful floats or games. The management could focus on enhancing the family-friendly amenities to ensure a more enjoyable experience.

missingWrote a review on Aug 27helpful staffpool access
You know, the staff was genuinely helpful, especially when they printed out directions to the hospital, which was nice. The kids enjoyed the little time they got in the pool, even if it was a hassle getting there.
But this place sure wasn't cheap. $275 a night and you’d expect more.

The outdoor fire pit for breakfast created a lovely atmosphere, making it a memorable start to the day. The hot tub experience was particularly enjoyable, providing a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcomed throughout our two-night stay.
The room could benefit from better soundproofing to enhance the overall comfort.

During our three-night stay, the breakfasts were a delightful highlight, providing a variety of tasty options that kept the whole family satisfied. The kids loved the waterslide, and while the water was a bit chilly, the hot tub offered a perfect way to unwind. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. However, late-night noise from nearby traffic occasionally disrupted our sleep, and the pool area could use better heating for a more enjoyable swim.

missingWrote a review on Jul 25spacious roomcomfortable bedslarge bathroompoor cleanlinessmissing towels
The room was okay, spacious enough for our family. However, we had issues with the cleanliness. There were only two bath towels for a four-person room, and we found coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. It felt a bit off, but the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large, which was nice. Just some little things made it feel less impressive overall.

missingWrote a review on Jul 17great locationcarpet cleanliness
The location made it easy to access shopping in Hermantown. The check-in was smooth and the staff friendly. I loved the cozy fire pit outside. it created a nice evening atmosphere. The pool area was clean, but scheduling was confusing. I wanted to enjoy the slide with my kids, but it seemed like it was randomly turned off when we were there. The breakfast had a decent variety, though it leaned heavily on carbs. I noticed the carpets could benefit from a deep clean, as they felt a bit dingy. Additionally, the bathroom needed some maintenance, with minor wear and tear. Despite the issues, I appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet room after a busy day. I'd return for the location and for the promise of a relaxing stay, but I hope they address a few of these concerns.
